Might as well make it unembarrassing.
In preparation for today's visit to the crotch doctor, I did the following:
Shaved legs and pits
Wore especially clean underwear
Wore a bra that matches my especially clean underwear
Wore a button-up shirt
Eliminated foundation and loose powder from face
Lotioned elbows and knees
Wore socks with absolutely no holes
I'm a good patient.
