Cats are a very green form of big spray. I learned from neighbors in my last apartment that if you have a cat you do not have roaches. I don't know if that is entirely true, but I saw more dead roaches then live ones in my apartment. Tex is not as good with the killing of the spider/grasshopper mixes in my basement.
